Welcome to the Mt Pleasant Animation Studio Website!
The animation program at Mt.Pleasant High School is a four year course of study that introduces our students to the exciting world of traditional and digital animation! The program is supported by our two business/education partners sgi,Inc. and Adobe Systems,Inc. in conjunction with the East Side Union High School District. In addition to our own high school program we are in the development stage of creating a "seamless curriculum" for our students in association with De Anza College in Cupertino and San Jose State University. Both of these post secondary institutions offer an affordable,high caliber educational experience which include training in the field of animation. Students with the potential Animation skill have the opportunity to show their work to ACME on Air at San Jose State University. See the ACME website for more information.
